A popular herb in India and Arabic regions commonly known as Fenugreek it has been proven in clinical studies to increase both libido and testosterone levels. Another win.
Vitamin B6 helps keep estrogen levels low to boost testosterone levels in the body. A deficiency in this can lead to fatigue, loss of appetite and decreased immunity.
