After a month of using i felt that whilst it wasn’t always a noticeable gain in energy i was certainly feeling less tired during the days work, for me this meant less coffeee througout the day. I kept well hydrated which is possibly a factor of having a bit more focus on the job at hand, losing some weight and keeping muscle mass.
