Taste
Mixing with Outlift wasn’t really an issue, it tends to go together with water really well and you don’t end up with any sediment in their after it’s settled.
It will build up pressure if you are a bit too vigourous with it in a shaker so beware. We’ve all been there when the kitchen is peppered from floor to ceiling with whatever flavour you’ve got. This is also on the label as a warning should you forget.
1 scoop is enough which means you can control how strong you want it really in terms of mixing with water.
Effectiveness
So in terms of my workout effectiveness, I certainly noticed a difference when taking this. But it does come at a high dosage of caffeine.
At 350mg you are sure to get a massive kick in one go which for me I wouldn’t really want every day, my workout tends to vary and i also like to stay alert at work, so having a decent amount of caffeine in one hit leaves me at a loss during work then.
For that reason i wouldn’t make this my first choice pre-workout, i’ll be sticking with our top pre-workouts which you can see in the link below.
