So you might be heading out on a project that will take you away from home for a few weeks or you might be heading out on your summer travels seeing the world. Well i hope you’re super prepared and the orders are out for delivery, but if you don’t have time then fear not! Bodyweight exercises are great for a short term solution but especially if you aren’t into the bodybuilding scene. Whilst you’ll undoubtedly start to lose muscle if you aren’t hitting those big lifts it will keep you lean and mean.
