So what is the Mediterranean Diet? Well, it’s based on the diets of some of the most famous food nations in the world. On the Meditteranean sits France, Greece, Italy and Spain. Whilst they are all different they have the basis of a lot of their recipes in common, plenty of vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, beans, cereals, grains, fish, and unsaturated fats such as olive oil.
